On Friday, June 29, 2012, the Family Law Section of the Mecklenburg County Bar and the Domestic Court Bar Committee will present the Annual Domestic Court Update. Participants will hear from local Family Law Judges, the Domestic Bar Scheduling Subcommittee, the Local Rules Subcommittee, the Family Court Administrator's Office as well as Parenting Coordinators. On June 8, 2012, attorney Misty Hardison attended Reflections from the Bench. Chief Judge David Sentelle and Justice Clarence Thomas presented on their Judicial Careers to the Federalist Society, Charlotte Lawyers Chapter. Chief Judge Sentelle is a native of North Carolina and was a colleague of then-Judge Thomas on the D.C.
