I believe practicing law is a calling. I look for ways to bring peace of mind to clients who may be going through a confusing and often difficult process. Having studied for the ministry before law school, my values inform the way I serve my clients. I am tenacious but compassionate, and I bring a non-judgmental approach to the practice of law. My values also shape the way I deal with others. In my experience, needlessly aggressive lawyering is no substitute for strategic, principled advocacy. Integrity and professionalism are non-negotiable for me.

I regularly represent clients in high-stakes, high-asset domestic litigation involving complex financial issues and challenging custody matters. But no matter the issues my clients may face, I believe the best results come from knowing their case inside and out, finding creative solutions, and tirelessly pursuing their interests – in and out of the courtroom.

My experience as a lawyer is varied and unique. I practiced at the oldest and largest law firms in South Carolina. I stood up for vulnerable children as an attorney for the South Carolina Department of Social Services. But Sodoma Law Greenville is the perfect fit for me. It’s all about who we are and what we do. We have built an amazing team who enjoy working together and using our skills and experience to serve our clients.
